Redvest metal detecting is a small but very professional team based in Northampton. We recover artifacts from privately owned land with first gaining the consent of the land owner. We then identify and record those finds with help from Northamptonshires Portable Antiquities Scheme finds liaison officer to help preserve and understand our county and nations rich history.We then provide the land owner with information and a printed document on what has been found and recorded. We are also fully registered and insured with the highly recommended Federation of Independant Detectorists (FID).

We are happy to offer a FREE recovery service on open land if the approximate location of the metal object is known, from wedding rings to farming machinery we will try our very best to re-unite the item to its owner. Recently we have reunited a 24 carat gold ring with a large solitaire diamond to its grateful owner.

Redvest Detecting uses and recommends the excellent  Minelab Etrac metal detector. , also the very durable digging eqipment made by Black Ada.

We are sorry that as yet there is not a lot of finds to see at the moment but rest assured that we have many on the way when the new web site is becomes live...whatch this space as they say!
